Coaching with iAuthentics™ is a private, respectful, and judgment-free space. This agreement outlines how your information is protected, the limits of confidentiality, and how consent works throughout our work together.

What Confidentiality Means

As your coach, I will:

Keep all information you share private.
Use your information only to support your coaching.
Protect your identity and personal details.
Never record sessions without your written consent.
Respect your boundaries and emotional safety.
Allow you to withdraw consent at any time.

Limits of Confidentiality (Required by Law)

Confidentiality may be broken only in the following circumstances:

Risk of harm to yourself or someone else
Suspected child, elder, or dependent-adult abuse or neglect
A valid court order requiring disclosure

Scope of iCenter™ Coaching

Coaching with iAuthentics™ is supportive, reflective, and transformational. It is not counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention. No diagnosis or treatment is provided.

You remain responsible for your own emotional, mental, and physical well-being, and you are encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed medical or mental-health providers when needed.

Your Consent

You understand the scope and limits of confidentiality.
You understand when information may be disclosed for safety.
You understand coaching is not therapy or medical care.
You participate voluntarily and responsibly.
You may pause or stop coaching at any time.
You will communicate if something feels emotionally overwhelming or unsafe.
